She knew its not magic but given from her alien dna. the gwen in ben 10 didnt have a hint about her powers. she was lucky to be capable to do anything at all. she was studying a spell book that in ben 10 alien force we find out was un-needed. with better understanding of herself and her powers limitless abilities she clearly is stronger in alien force.

I agree with the guy who posted first, but you have to remember she has both in Alien Force. In a resent episode, Guen was using magic to go back in time and change Kevin from mutating from when the Omnitrix explouds. She meets Charmcaster and Hex in the alternate future and uses a time warp spell from a magic book to go to and from the present.

So she has both alien powers and magic, but i personally, not sure witch is stronger…
