This is especially true because she can use her mana powers without incantations or meditation, and they are instantaneous. Her magic powers are more useful in specific situations, like when she tried to fix Kevin (the fact that she failed miserably is neither here nor there). The fact is, you can't really decide which of her powers are better because it's comparing apples to oranges.
